Install the unpacked Chrome beta to render feedback zones without changing your product code. Use Tester mode to contribute signal or Developer mode to place zones.

Unpack
Extract it into a folder you can keep between updates.

Load
Open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked.

Connect
Open the ADapptive side panel, add your site, and choose Tester or Developer mode.

Sign in through the side panel when invited. Feedback and votes carry your tester identity and pool permissions.
Developer mode
Place the next zone
Add your publishable key and mint a short-lived studio token with your secret key. The secret itself is never stored in the extension.

Why is this not in the Chrome Web Store?
The extension is distributed as an unpacked private beta while permissions, onboarding, and the store listing are validated.
Is Developer mode safe?
Developer mode is Chrome’s supported path for loading an unpacked extension. Only install the zip linked from this ADapptive deployment.
How do updates work?
Download the latest zip, replace the extracted files, then use Reload on chrome://extensions.
Which pages can it access?
You grant access per site. The beta manifest does not request universal browsing permission.
