A clear agreement for a private beta.

These beta terms set expectations while ADapptive’s production legal documents are finalized.

Use of the beta

Use ADapptive only for lawful product feedback and implementation workflows. Keep credentials private, use only sites and content you are authorized to test, and respect the permissions granted by each tester pool.

Your content and code

You retain your rights in feedback and other content you submit. You grant ADapptive the limited permission needed to store, display, secure, and deliver that content through the service. Customer source code is not required and should not be submitted.

Beta limitations

The service is provided for evaluation and may change, pause, or contain defects. Reward points are beta accounting records, not cash, wages, or a promise of payment. ADapptive does not execute customer deployments.

Final terms

A final agreement will identify the operating entity, support commitments, liability terms, and commercial conditions before general release.
