This beta privacy summary explains the categories of information ADapptive handles and the boundary around customer code.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use the beta, we handle your Authentik identity details, workspace settings, zone configuration, feedback, votes, tester memberships, reward points, and implementation metadata. Screenshots are optional.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the feedback workflow, enforce workspace and tester permissions, show status and rewards, maintain security, and improve the beta. We do not need customer source code to provide the service.
Campaign enquiries and newsletter interest
When you request a campaign or the free toolkit, we store your contact email, developer/tester interests, country, selected offer, and the optional product, audience, goals and timing you provide. Our operators use your request history and internal notes to manage your enquiry. Newsletter interest is optional and separate from obtaining the toolkit. Email delivery is currently disabled; promotional email requires confirmation and respects withdrawal. Contact us to correct or remove your enquiry or withdraw interest. First-party funnel counts record offer selections and workflow milestones without copying contact fields or feedback into those events.
Payments and community participation
Stripe hosts payment and recipient onboarding. ADapptive stores account-bound provider references, purchase terms, verification status, reviewed earnings and reconciliation records; it does not copy identity documents or store card numbers. Paid and voluntary community feedback are labeled separately. Reviewed feedback may be shared with the campaign customer and their connected development tools. Do not include secrets or other people’s personal information in task evidence.
Retention and requests
Beta retention periods and account deletion procedures are still being finalized. Contact the beta operator to request correction, export, or deletion, and do not send secrets or source code with the request.
